Policy and instructions for deleting your ZUUUM Audio account
Immediate Deletion Policy
We prioritize your data privacy and security. Unlike services that retain data for a "cooling off" period, ZUUUM Audio has a strict no-retention policy for deleted accounts.
When an account is deleted:
- Instant Removal: Your account credentials, profile, and settings are immediately wiped from our live database.
- No Backup Retention: We do not retain hidden copies of your personal data after deletion.
- Irreversible: This process cannot be undone.
Immediate Action: Deleting your account is instantaneous and permanent. There is no grace period and no way to recover your data once deleted.
How to Request Deletion
To prevent accidental data loss, account deletion is currently handled through a verified request process.
- Email support@zuuum.org
- Use Subject: "Delete My Account"
- Include your username or registered email.
Our support team will verify your identity and execute the immediate deletion command.
