By accessing and using ZUUUM Audio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ZUUUM Audio is an audio-only meeting platform that integrates with Zoom to provide streamlined voice communication for hosts and participants. The service requires a valid Zoom account and appropriate permissions to function.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service:

• To violate any local, state, national, or international law
• To transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

6. Zoom Integration

Our service integrates with Zoom Meeting SDK (also referred to as the Meeting SDK) and Zoom APIs. By using ZUUUM Audio, you acknowledge that certain meeting experiences are provided through the embedded Zoom runtime. Your use of these features is subject to Zoom's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. ZUUUM provides orchestration, authentication, and management layers on top of Zoom’s meeting infrastructure and is not responsible for Zoom’s platform behaviors or policies.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Data and Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or share through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data as necessary to provide the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
